Nascar Tickets

NASCAR is a storied sport with fast races, speedy vehicles and fantastic fans. But more than anything its the drivers who have defined NASCAR history and sold NASCAR tickets. Only a small number of the hundreds of drivers throughout history have won a race much less a seasonal Championship. Who of all these are the greatest NASCAR drivers to ever sit behind the wheel Not many people would disagree with the following list of the top five NASCAR drivers of all time.

1. Dale Earnhardt
He won seven championships and had a total of 76 race wins in the hyper competitive modern era – this guy sold NASCAR tickets. In the history of NASCAR none was greater than the awesome Intimidator. He could navigate the press as well as he could navigate a crowded track When a crash took his life he still had the skills of a champion. It was practically a given that he would have won more races and even contended for his 8th championship.

2. Richard Petty
His cool demeanor in winning 200 times with 7 season Championships prompted people to grab NASCAR tickets to see him. But because he won when the sport was less competitive, he ranks #2. Still, Richard is the King.

3. Jeff Gordon
Jeff created a whole new level of NASCAR ticket frenzy as he raced his way to being one of the best of all time. Jeff has already won 80 races, and four Championships to go along with those wins. With Earnhardt's death Jeff became the most successful active driver, and he's definitely in his prime. It's very possible that he'll pass seven championships before he's done.

4. David Pearson
This Silver Fox can move NASCAR tickets and win races as well as championships – he's done the first 105 times and the second three times. He was one of the best when the track delivered tough challenges as he thrived at Darlington. He's smooth and a clever driver, one of the best ever to race NASCAR.

5. Darrell Waltrip
This isn't the late 90's Darrell, but rather the one who has 84 wins and 3 championships to his name. He was so good that people couldn't stand him He now steers viewers through a race with his work as a Fox broadcaster.

Future Legend: Tony Stewart
When he made his debut in 1999 Tony already had a lot of experience in motorsports, and he sold a lot of NASCAR tickets He won three times as a rookie, and ignored the sophomore jinx by winning six times in 2000. He will likely add more championships to the one he took in 2005.

That's how NASCAR tickets sell, by top racers performing at a top level year after year.
